The NMDC team shared a number of updates at the 2022 Department of Energy Genomic Sciences Program Annual Principal Investigator’s Meeting, which took place on February 28 – March 2, 2022.
- Bin Hu, from Los Alamos National Laboratory, presented a poster highlighting the bioinformatics workflows made available by NMDC.
- NMDC Ambassadors, Kevin Myers and Mikayla Borton, presented on how they’ve used Biological Systems Science Division (BSSD) resources, including the NMDC, in conducting their research.
- Members of the NMDC team gave a joint presentation, highlighting the team’s most recent activities. Watch the 20-minute presentation.
- We also led our first workshop, showcasing features of the NMDC Data Portal and new Sample Submission Portal!
