Emiley Eloe-Fadrosh presents on the NMDC project at the Genome Sciences Program PI meeting

NMDC Project Lead, Emiley Eloe-Fadrosh, and members of the leadership team shared exciting progress updates on the project in a joint presentation at the virtual GSP meeting on February 24, 2021. In addition to updates on the NMDC metadata standards, the bioinformatic workflows, and a recent community survey, Emiley also showcased the data available in the NMDC data portal: three multi-omics projects with data generated from the Facilities Integrating Collaborations for User Science (FICUS) program from NMDC collaborators, Eoin Brodie, James Stegen, and Kelly Wrighton. Watch the 15-minute presentation, explore the data portal, and read more about NMDC data.
